What makes this template work

Why single column

Many parsers read a PDF left to right, top to bottom. With one column there is only one reading order, so your job titles, dates and bullets stay together.

Standard headings

Summary, Skills, Experience, Education. Creative heading names like 'My Journey' do not match the section labels an ATS looks for.

No icons, bars or tables for content

Skill bars and star ratings are shapes, not text. Contact details and skills are plain text here so they can be searched.

Readable at a glance

A teal accent rule separates sections for human readers without adding anything a parser can trip on.
