Cause 2: Headers, footers, and contact blocks the parser skips
Word headers and footers look like page furniture to parsers. Phone numbers and emails hidden there often import blank. Repeated header logos can clone your name into every section field.
Before: Data analyst put email and phone in a footer on every page. Jobvite left contact fields empty and duplicated the candidate name beside Education.
